During the early spring of 1939 as the war with Germany was inevitable, the British Government’s Ministry of Information commissioned a number of propaganda posters to be displayed throughout the country upon the outbreak of the war. The Mint Wine Knot is a seven bottle wine rack for six regular sized bottles and one oversized magnum or champagne bottle. The use of two intersected molded plywood components in birch and walnut allows the Wine Knot to live comfortably in the kitchen, living room or den. This intersecting “knot” of wood creates the pockets for each bottle by working together with its mating component. Designed by Anthony Baxter, Scott Henderson and Alberto Mantilla for Mint.

Add a dazzling focal point to any bathroom with this Conceal Invisible Towel Shelf. A great way to add interest to a guest bath or keep a healthy stack of towels available in a busy bathroom, the invisible towel rack will make you look and feel like a magician.
Amazing disappearing shelf turns ordinary books into an ingenious, modern illusion. Simply secure a large hardcover into the shelf bracket then add a stack of books. The bottom book should be the largest in the stack. Two small, hidden rivets hold the hardcover book in place, so the bottom book becomes the shelf. Hang a few of these modern metal bookshelves to create a cool, floating library.
